Eligibility Requirements for 28th youth assembly 2023:
The candidates who want to apply have to follow the following criteria:
- The age of delegates must be between 18-32 years old.
- They must have a record of leadership experience, and school or community participation.
- The delegate is interested in global affairs, sustainable development, and youth issues and solutions.
- The delegate must speak the English language. All international delegates can apply and have an English language certificate.

The concept and theme of the 28th youth assembly 2023 are not yet decided. They will decide on the concept and theme with the help of youth from all over the world. The organization will set a representative of the youth advisory council in every region globally and they will discuss the youth priorities for sustainable development goals.
The youth is the main source of the youth assembly they will give them some issues and the youth have to provide them the input on all these issues and they will complete the process through a survey. The conference will end with a webinar that is organized by youth and they will create a concrete priority area for the 28th youth assembly 2032.
