The students who are enrolled in the first year should have the file FAFSA no later than December 1st. The students who are in the second or third have to file the FAFSA no later than April 15th.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Maintain Federal and Penn State Financial Aid Eligibility Requirements
- Enroll full-time (12 credits or more)

- The students will get an annual amount ranging from $1,500-$3,200.
