MISSION OF THE GILMAN PROGRAM

The main focus of the Gilman International scholarship is as follows:

• They will help the young generation to develop themselves and must be rich in diversity.
• They will develop networks and skills that will help the nation economically.
• The students with the help of the program eligible to apply to different countries and the US student population will increase in different nations. Young Americans will get professional skills and language abilities and they will gain the knowledge that they need for a successful career.

AWARD BENEFITS

The Gilman scholar’s final awards will be announced by the financial need, program length, overall program costs, and the strength of the application during the selection panel recommendation process.

Application Deadline:

The Gilman-McCain Application will be available to all international students in mid-August 2023 for candidates whose in-person programs or internships start from December 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024. This cycle includes winter or January term 2024, spring 2024, Maymester 2024, summer 2024, fall 2024, and Academic Year 2024-2025 programs. The application deadline is Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time, and the consultant certification deadline is Thursday, October 12, 2023.  The students who have to submit their application for the scholarship have to keep in mind that all the time is according to the Pacific Time so submit your application accordingly.
