African Bridge Network (ABN), in partnership with the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA), Office of Workforce Development (OWD), World Education Services (WES), and the Clowes Fund, is going to start enrollment for the troops of immigrant professional fellowship 2024. This fellowship program is organized for the working out and work placement program and they have to train the professional who belongs to the finance and healthcare fields.
The main focus of the program is to take the professional who is living in the Greater Boston, Metro North, and Worcester areas. This three-month program is starting to remove the racial and economic obstacles that immigrants when they work in the labor market in the US. The department announces 30 seats for talented and passionate young professionals who have an interest in the field. The applicant who joins the fellowship will get financial, healthcare, or research employers in the Greater Boston, Metro North, and Worcester areas. The applicants will get a chance to learn about the different programs and they can add this fellowship to their CV as an experience.

The Four Immigrant Professionals Fellowship 2024Tracks
The four tracks of the fellowships are as follows:
- Finance Track
- Research Administrator Track
- Healthcare General Track
- Clinical Research Coordinator Track
Financial benefits of Immigrant Professionals Fellowship 2024:
The applicants who apply for the fellowship program are eligible to get the following benefits:
- The applicants will get 6-8 weeks of training for the fellowship program and then a 4-week workplace eagerness training before the fellowship program. Research Administrator Track will get eight weeks of training in research administration.
- The students will get career counseling before and after the fellowship.
- They will get US working experience from a renowned company.
- The applicants will get a three-month stipend of 30 hours a week for $20/hour.
- Try to work hard as you will be in a strong position after the completion of the internship.
- The candidates will grow their business and network when they meet different people.
Qualifications Required for Immigrant Professionals Fellowship 2024
The candidates have to follow the given qualification criteria when they apply for the fellowship.
- The applicant must have a legal passport and they can work legally in the US.
- The applicants have to sign a contract that they will work for 30 hours per week.

For the April session, the applicants have to fill out the application from March 1, 2024 and ends on Saturday, April 15, 2024
May
In the month of May, the applicants will call for an interview with the ABN staff and employer partners.
May through July
Training will start as per schedule:
The training is instructed and they will start the training in the evenings or on Saturday morning.
- The few candidates have to participate in an 8-week research administration course presented by Emmanuel College.
- The few candidates have to participate in virtual training in clinical research coordination
- The few candidates have to participate in 8 week Project Management course
- The candidates will get virtual training in the U.S. workplace readiness
August through September
Fellowship with a manager host appointment initiates.
December
In the month of December Fellowship with a company host placement ends.
Deadline Immigrant Professionals Fellowship 2024:
The candidates who are willing to apply for the fellowship have to submit their application before 15 April 2024.
