- The students have to provide proof that they didn’t take part as a student-athlete on partial or full athletic scholarship during their semester time or academic year and are not eligible to apply as a student-athlete in intercollegiate athletics during the coming semester (or quarter, if applicable) or academic year.
- The candidates who are enrolled in the degree through online or distance learning programs are also not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- The students must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 for graduating high school seniors
- Applicants who have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 in college are eligible to apply.
- The candidates must apply for the full-time as a high school senior, and going to apply for graduation in the spring/summer of 2024 have a plan to enter college in the fall graduation program.
- The students must apply as full-time college freshmen or sophomores no older than 20 years of age as of August 1, 2024, and progressing normally toward a bachelor’s degree.
