West Bengal Oasis Scholarship 2023

The West Bengal Oasis Scholarship is an initiative of the state government of West Bengal and the scholarship is currently administered by the backward class welfare department and tribal development department. The Government of West Bengal State offers a number of scholarships through the Online Application For Scholarship In Studies, also known as Oasis. Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scheme:-

Scholarship name	Eligibility
Pre-matric scholarship for SC students	Students must be in class 9th or 10th and belong to the SC category. The family/guardian’s income should not exceed INR 2 lakh per annum.
Pre-matric scholarship for ST students	ST students from classes 9th and 10th are eligible to apply. The family/guardian income should not exceed INR 2 Lakh from all sources per year.
Post-matric scholarship for SC/ST students	You must be in the post-secondary or post-matriculation level and belong to the SC/ST category. Your parents/guardians’ annual income from all sources should not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh.
Post-matric scholarship for OBC students	The family/guardian should not earn more than INR 1 lakh from all sources, and the student should be studying at a post-secondary level.

The following rewards will be given to the candidates while applying for the scholarship:-
