UNHCR Innovation Fellowship 2023-24 is announced. It is an annual learning program that is organized for young students to bring new and innovative ideas to their daily work. Students here are eligible to learn new skills. The main objective of the program is to provide fellows to share innovative ideas and outlooks with their contemporaries, improving organization-wide capability to imaginatively resolve hard-hitting encounters.
The UNHCR innovation fellowships announced the registration for the young fellows and students are eligible to apply for the fellowship program. The innovative fellowship program is arranged by the innovation service and the global learning and development center within the division of human resources.
Eligibility Criteria:
The students who want to apply for the innovative fellowship program have to follow certain eligibility criteria.
- The students who are current members of the UNHCR or a part of UNHCR’s associate labor force, and embrace an agreement with UNHCR for the period of the Fellowship.
- The students who have joined another UN agency or partner organization are eligible to apply for the fellowship program.
- Students who apply for the fellowship program must have the determination, promise, curiosity, and audacity to find new processes to solve new problems facing UNHCR in its facility for immigrants
The fellowship program welcomes all members to apply for the fellowship program, especially managers who are looking to create a safe space for innovation and creativity in their teams.
Application Process
The students have to fill out the application forms if they have to appear in the fellowship program. Students whose applications are complete will be accepted by the department so make sure you have completed your application correctly. The students have to complete their application in English and enter all the data in the English language including the names and contact details of their supervisor you have to answer all the questions that are given in the application form.
The application form has questions in both written and audiovisual content. So you have to answer correctly.
Important 2023-24 dates:
- Call for applications opens: on 7 March 202324.
- Deadline for applications: 25 March 2023-24 at 23:59 CET.
- Successful applicants informed by: 12 May 2023-24.
Bringing new innovations on different platforms takes time. but the students do not have to take time when they apply for the program as they have to fill out the application before the last date as late applications will not be accepted by the program.
