Application Procedure for US work visa.

You have to follow the following three steps when you apply for a US work visa.

  • A job offer –if you want to apply for a work visa you must have to submit the job offer letter.
  • USCIS –if you want that you get a work visa your company will have to submit a petition for a Non-immigrant employee with USCIS. When you get the permit you are eligible to start a job in the country.
  • Labor Certification approvals by the Department of Labor (DOL) – Some of the visas, including All H types, need documentation from the DOL. The company will need to forward the application from your side.
